  • The smart lifeboat is not working. What is the reason?

    　　① The remote control lock key is not activated, press the lock key once.

    　　② The lifeboat control mode is maintained, press the mode switch key once;

    　　③ The lifeboat is not connected to the power supply, check whether the battery power indicator light is on;

    　　④ The remote control battery is dead, charge the remote control;

    　Use at -10℃-50℃, not in foggy or snowy weather.

    　　·Indoors, in narrow and enclosed spaces, and without satellite signals, the automatic driving and return functions may be limited.

    　　·This product is suitable for use in waters with a flow rate of less than 4 meters. When the water flow rate is greater than 4 meters, when using it for rescue, please drive the rescued person downstream or across the water to the shore quickly to get out of danger according to the specific situation. Do not rescue against the water when carrying people.


  • Intelligent remote control lifeboat, what is its battery voltage.

    　　It is normal for the battery voltage to be above 22V. When the voltage is lower than 20V, please charge the smart lifeboat in time.

  • How to maintain the smart lifeboat when it is not used for a long time?

    　　If the smart lifeboat is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge and discharge it once every three months. When storing it, the battery voltage should be kept at 22V to extend the battery life.
